No pets are allowed at Chateau at Lookout, with the exception of accredited service dogs.

No, we have well water. It is perfectly fine to drink from the tap (some people find it preferable over city water. We suggest you bring bottled water if you are not used to drinking well water.

The trash is collected each Monday around noon. Guests should have their regular trash and Recycles put out in the dumpster before noon each Monday.

We ask that you keep your social gatherings peaceful and respectful, understanding that other renters are on the second floor. Loud music, excessive drinking or vulgar language will not be tolerated.

No nail holes/tape or staples are allowed on the walls, floors and ceilings. We ask that you NOT move the furniture. Respect for the furnishings, decor and supplies is expected.

Bed linens, Bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for short term renters (two weeks or less). Guests need to bring their own beach towels.

Check-in is 3:00 pm.
Check-out is 10:00 am.

Special requests for check-in and Check-out times will be taken into consideration, based upon cleaning crew and owner availability.

There is no laundry facilities offered to our guests. There is a laundromat in Bemus Point.

Our minimum stay is 2 nights and we offer 10% off for weekly stays.

There is a $400.00 deposit and $75.00 cleaning fee. The deposit will be returned to you if there are no damages or pilferage to the property.
