Thank you for making your reservation with Chateau at Lookout.
We look forward to having you as our guests. Please read carefully some of our policies and procedures
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 100% refund more than 30 days prior to check-in and a 50% refund 14-30 days prior to check in. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
FUNDS & DEPOSIT SCHEDULE: 100% of funds are due on a fully executed contract within 60 days of booking. If the booking is outside of 60 days, 50% of the balance is due on the fully executed contract when the contract is signed and 50% of the balance is due on fully executed contract 60 days prior to arrival. Cash security deposit required. Deposit refund will be made as soon as we have cleared the premises of any damage or acknowledged any outstanding fees for services or staff.
Credit card authorization form must be filled out and signed prior to arrival as well. We take MC/VISA and AMEX for a convenience fee of 3.5%.
RATES: Rates are based on a 2-night rental or more. Rates do not include taxes or fees. Rates are subject to change without notice. Some reservations may need owner pre-approval. Rates and availability are only guaranteed at the actual time of booking. (When rental agreement has been fully executed and funds are received.) A credit card authorization form must be filled out and signed prior to arrival. MC/VISA/Discover and AMEX are accepted for a convenience fee of 3.5%.
MAID SERVICE: The premise shall be clean upon arrival. If rental is 7 days or more, owner shall be responsible for one mid-week cleaning and the check out clean required to bring the premise back to its original condition at check-in. If the rental is less than 7 days, the licensee shall be responsible for the check out clean required to bring the premise back to its original condition at check-in at the rate of $38/hour.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE: Additional service for personal laundry, dishwashing and/or additional cleaning services can be arranged through the Chateau at Lookout office. If the property manager is called for non-emergencies, there will be a charge of $65.00/hr.
DAMAGE INSURANCE: $99 damage insurance required (for $5,000 worth of coverage). Guest are liable for any and all damages to the premises and to furnishings, equipment and household items therein which occur during the renter’s occupancy. A 20% service charge will be added to any damages billed.
EARLY DEPARTURE: The guest is responsible for payment of the reservation regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in is at 3:00pm and Check out is at 10:00am. Exceptions can be made depending on the arrival or departure of guests on your reservation days. These times are set so that housekeeping will have enough time to properly clean before the next arrival.
Please let us know if you plan to arrive early and we will try to accommodate you and your luggage if the vacation rental is still being cleaned from a previous departure.
